NOEMI – INTENSE STEP 1.5 is an advanced treatment designed for thin, damaged, or frequently treated lashes and brows. It restores moisture, strengthens hair, and minimizes damage caused by lifting treatments. This unique formula deeply penetrates the hair shaft, delivering essential nutrients while preventing breakage.

How to Use

  1. After completing Step 1 (perming solution), apply NOEMI – INTENSE STEP 1.5 using a micro brush.
  2. Ensure even distribution, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends of the lashes or brows.
  3. Leave the formula on for 2-3 minutes to allow deep penetration.
  4. Proceed with Step 2 (neutralizing solution) to lock in nourishment.
  5. Do not rinse—allow the treatment to absorb for maximum benefits.
