To effectively clean and degrease eyebrows before tinting or henna procedure, apply a small amount of the Saline Solution onto a cotton pad and thoroughly cleanse the eyebrows and surrounding eye area.
For brow lamination, use the product after lifting the eyebrows and before applying the tint to ensure better adherence of the color to the skin.
