Brow Lightening Service Guidelines

Usability:

• The Brow Lightening service can be performed up to twice within a 7-day period.
• After two treatments, allow a 4-6 week break before reapplying.

Suggested Pairing with Additional Services:

• Waxing: For optimal results, pair with Brow Code’s Design and Define Wax after lightening.

Aftercare Recommendations:

• Use Brow Gold Oil or Multi-Peptide Growth Serum to nourish and protect lightened brows.
• After 24 hours, apply Brow Heist, Rose Water Spray, and Alias Brow Lamination Gel for enhanced hydration and styling.

Compatibility with Brow Code Products:

• Waxing: Works best when combined with the Professional Lightening System for a clean, defined look. Apply wax carefully to minimize skin irritation.
• Brow Wrap: Enhances the lightening effect when used with the Professional Lightening System by adding heat to the process.

Services NOT Recommended with Lightening:

• Avoid tinting or staining immediately after lightening, as this can cause color inconsistencies.
• Do not pair with Henna or Brow Lamination, as these treatments are not compatible with the lightening system.
• Do not apply to eyelashes to ensure safe and effective use.

By following these usage and pairing recommendations, you can confidently expand your service menu and offer flawless, long-lasting results to your clients.

Brow Preparation

• Patch Test: Always conduct a patch test before the service to check for allergic reactions.
• Cleanse: Use an oil-free foaming cleanser on the brows, then rinse with a damp cotton pad.
• Drying: Ensure brows are completely dry and free from oils and sebum for the best lightening results.
• Optional Barrier Cream: Apply a thin layer around the brow area to protect surrounding skin.

Lightening System Preparation

Mixing Instructions:

• Combine Peptide Lightening Cream with 6% Cream Oxidant in a 1:1 ratio.
• Suggested mixture: 1 cm of Peptide Lightening Cream + 10 drops of Cream Oxidant.

Lightening System Application

Application Steps:

1. Apply the mixture evenly to the brows.
2. Use a spoolie brush to distribute the product for uniform coverage.

Processing Time:

• 10 minutes – Lifts 1 shade
• 20 minutes – Lifts 2 shades
• 30 minutes – Lifts 3 shades

Note: The final result may vary depending on the natural brow color. These times serve as a general guideline.

Lightening System Removal

• Removal: Wipe off the product completely using a damp cotton pad, ensuring no residue remains.
• Finish: Brush brows into place for a neat, polished look.
