Size: 15 gram

  1. Begin by cleaning the area you want to bleach with water and let it dry.
  2. Mix the PERFECT BLEACH bleaching powder with a low percentage activator like BrowXenna OXYGEN O2 Cream-activator 2.7% or Novel Oxidant 1.5% in a non-metallic container, in a 1:1 ratio. Stir the mixture until it’s smooth and leave it for 30 seconds to allow all components to interact fully.
  3. Apply the paste, ensuring that it fully covers your hair from roots to ends. Leave it on for no longer than 10 minutes, depending on your hair’s color. Light hairs may only require 7-8 minutes, while dark hairs may need 9-10 minutes.
  4. Check the bleaching process every 2-3 minutes.
  5. Rinse off the bleaching mixture thoroughly with plenty of water, making sure to remove it from your skin as well.
  6. Blot the hair dry with a cloth.
  7. If necessary, tint the eyebrows with dye.
  8. Lastly, apply a moisturizing lotion or cream to your skin after bleaching the face and body hair to prevent dryness.

  4. Proceed with Step 2 (neutralizing solution) to lock in nourishment.
  5. Do not rinse—allow the treatment to absorb for maximum benefits.
