ELAN BROW ELIXER

The natural oil complex of monoi, coconut, avocado, rosa canina, olive, arctium, argan, maize, enriches the Elan Brow Elixer concentrate, providing potent moisturizing, regenerative, soothing, and protective effects on the skin after undergoing an eyebrow lamination procedure. These oils also prevent dryness and damage to the eyebrow hairs while facilitating their strengthening. Additionally, the concentrate is enriched with Vitamin E, which provides significant antioxidant properties.

As a result, the eyebrow hairs become softer and more elastic, making it easier to set them in place and maintain the eyebrow shape. The concentrate also protects the skin from dryness and dehydration.

NOTE: Brow ELIXIR may freeze when exposed to low temperatures, which is a natural reaction. If this happens, allow the product to thaw at room temperature before using. It is advised not to store Brow ELIXIR in low temperature conditions.
