1. Cleanse
   Clean the brows with ÉLAN Detox-Mousse 2.0 and remove residue with a cotton pad moistened with water.
2. Mix
   Mix BrowLIGHT Cream with ÉLAN OxiPOWER Oxidant in a 1:1 ratio (non-metallic bowl).
3. Apply + Process
   Apply a thick, even layer to the brows.
   Processing time:

• Fine hairs: 1–2 min
• Medium hairs: 2–4 min
• Coarse hairs: 4–6 min

1. Remove
   Remove the mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water.
2. Cleanse again
   Clean the brows again with ÉLAN Detox-Mousse 2.0 and remove with a water-moistened cotton pad.

IMPORTANT
BrowLIGHT Cream works only when mixed with OxiPOWER. Do not use BrowLIGHT without an oxidant.
