LIGHT Technique: Bleaching Eyebrow Hairs by 1-2 Color Levels (Without Tinting)

To lighten your eyebrow hairs by 1-2 levels, mix ELAN Professional Line Carbon Eyebrow Bleaching Powder with 3% Oxidizing Emulsion from ELAN Professional Line in a 1:3 ratio (one part powder to three parts oxidizing emulsion) for blond / light brown.

Steps:

1. First Application: Apply the bleaching mixture to the thicker hairs.
2. Second Application: Using a makeup brush, spread the mixture evenly across the eyebrows. Allow it to develop for 1-3 minutes, depending on your desired shade and hair thickness.
3. Rinse: Once the desired shade is achieved, remove the bleaching mixture with a water-moistened cotton pad.
4. Repeat if Necessary: For a lighter eyebrow shade, you can repeat the process.
5. Stop Chemical Reaction: Apply ELAN Professional Line Cleansing Detox Mousse to halt the chemical reaction, then remove the foam with a water-moistened cotton pad.

Post-Care: It is highly recommended to use ELAN COLOUR FIX as a leave-in treatment after the bleaching procedure.

Note: If repeating the eyebrow bleaching procedure, apply the mixture only to the deep roots of the eyebrow hairs using a thin makeup brush, such as the ELAN Professional Line BLACKWOOD #1 Brush.

INTENSE Technique: Bleaching Eyebrow Hairs by 3-5 Color Levels

For a more dramatic lift of 3-5 color levels, mix ELAN Professional Line Carbon Eyebrow Bleaching Powder with 3% Oxidizing Emulsion from ELAN Professional Line in a 1:2 ratio (one part powder to two parts oxidizing emulsion) for blond – light brown for dark skin tones or in 1:1 ratio for white blond for light skin tones.

Steps:

1. First Application:</strong&amp;gt; Apply the bleaching mixture to the thicker hairs.
2. Second Application: Use a makeup brush to apply the mixture evenly on the eyebrows. Allow it to develop for 5-15 minutes, depending on your desired shade and hair thickness.
3. Rinse: When the desired shade is reached, remove the bleaching mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water. Repeat the process for a lighter shade if needed.
4. Stop Chemical Reaction: Apply ELAN Cleansing Detox Mousse to halt the chemical reaction, then remove the foam with a water-moistened cotton pad.

Post-Care: Use ELAN COLOUR FIX color-fixing fluid with keratin and sunflower seed oil as a leave-in treatment after bleaching.

Adding Intensity After Bleaching

To enhance the eyebrow color post-bleaching, use ÉLAN Eyebrow Gel Tint with Oxidant 03 Medium Brown according to the instructions:

1. Mixing Ratio: Combine the gel tint, oxidant, and argan oil cream from ELAN Professional Line in a 1:1:4 ratio (one part gel tint, one part oxidant, and four parts argan oil cream).
2. Application: Apply the tinting mixture to the eyebrows and let it develop for 1-2 minutes.
3. Rinse: Remove the tint completely with a cotton pad moistened with water.
4. Stop Chemical Reaction: Use ELAN COLOUR FIX to cease the chemical process.

Note: Avoid traditional eyebrow tinting after bleaching. Mixing eyebrow tint with oxidant in a 1:1 ratio can result in overly dark brows.
