1) Prep

1. Cleanse lashes or brows thoroughly (remove oil, makeup, residue).
2. For lashes: place the shield and fix lashes in the desired direction (glue-free or with a water-soluble glue if needed).
3. Brush brows into the planned shape.

2) Choose Your Step 1

Pick one Step 1 based on hair type:

• Step 1 Lift Cysteamine: for thin, delicate, weakened, or sensitised hair.
• Step 1 Lift Cysteamine + TGH: for medium to strong, short, dense, or resistant hair.

3) Step 1 Lift (Lashes / Brows)

Lashes

1. Apply Step 1 to the mid-lengths only.
2. Do not apply to roots or tips.
3. Process for 6–16 minutes (depending on hair type).
4. Remove completely with a dry cotton swab.

Brows

• Process for 4–16 minutes (depending on hair type).
• Remove completely with a dry cotton swab.

4) Step 2 Fix

1. Apply Step 2 Fix evenly after Step 1.
2. Process for 8 minutes.
3. Remove with a wet cotton swab.

5) Bella Repair Balm (Finish)

1. Apply a small amount with a brush.
2. Start from the root and distribute through lashes or brows.
3. Do not rinse. Leave in as the finishing step.
