NOEMI DEVELOPER 6% (50ML) is a high-performance oxidant designed for professional brow tinting. Ideal for coarse or grey eyebrow hairs, this developer ensures deeper color penetration and long-lasting results. Its creamy consistency allows smooth mixing with dyes while preventing dripping during application. Also available in 14ML, making it suitable for both salon and personal use.

  1. Mix NOEMI DEVELOPER 6% with Noemi Hybrid or Liquid Gel Dye in a 1:1 ratio using a non-metallic bowl.
  2. Stir the mixture until it reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.
  3. Apply evenly to the brows using a precise applicator brush.
  4. Leave on for 10-15 minutes, depending on the desired intensity.
  5. Remove with a damp cotton pad to reveal beautifully tinted brows.
