1. Start by removing any makeup in the eyebrow area with Water-based Eye Make-up Remover BI-Phase. Then or if there’s no makeup, use Water-based Eye Make-up Remover or Élan Detox-Mousse to cleanse the area. Remove the residue with a cotton pad moistened with water. Comb the eyebrows using a Comb Brush.
2. Using a flat makeup brush or Lipgloss Brush, apply the Permalift Brow Lift Lamination Lotion N0. 1 to the eyebrows. Brush the hair in the correct direction using a Mascara Wand or Interdental Brush, and cover the area with an osmotic film. Processing time is 8-15 minutes.
3. Every 2-3 minutes during the exposure time, remove the osmotic film, brush the brow hairs again, and make sure they are well-ordered before covering them again. Repeat this step two more times to achieve a satisfactory result.
4. After the exposure time, remove the perm lotion with a dry cotton swab. Then, apply the Permalift Brow Lift Fixing Lotion No. 2 with a flat makeup brush or Lipgloss Brush, and cover the area with the osmotic film again. Leave it on for 10 minutes or the same amount of time as the Permalift Brow Lift Lamination Lotion N0. 1.
5. Once the exposure time is up, remove the Fixing Lotion with a cotton pad moistened with water.
6. After completing the Brow Perm treatment, you have the option to give the brows the Permalift Mineral Boost Treatment and then perform eyebrow shaping, sculpting, and tinting.
7. Finish the process by combing the area with Permalift Brow Lift Keratin No. 3.
