1. Mix the Zola Blue Black Hybrid Dye with the Oxidizer (1:1) in a non-metallic container.
2. Apply the mixture evenly on the eyelashes.
3. Holding time up to 5-15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water using a cotton swab.
